I would have given 10 stars, best company, and great customer service. I hired them to install a heating system in my warehouse. They are attention to detail. Professional, fast, efficient, they do what is right and what we have said. Will recommend this company for all your plumbing, heating and cooling needs! Great job Pat!

Pat came out on Saturday for the first service call. He recommended to replace the furnace based on the age and cost to fix. Pat scheduled the install then Dan and Josh showed up on time, Monday. They worked fast, clean and overall did a great job. Thank you!

Pat did a great job! Came out same day within an hour of calling. I’m grateful for that because we went the whole night without heat! It turns out our wiring was totally whacky going from the circuit board to the thermostat, he rewired everything and got it working in an hour. We finally have 2 stage heating with the correct wiring, something we haven’t had since we bought the house. Very nice guy to work with and gave us a fair price too.

Joe was awesome! He was knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented throughout. He explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done. And not a horrible price either. Thanks again to everyone involved! It was really a pleasure, and now we have your magnet on the front of the fridge in case we ever need you again in the future! Trying to find a reliable plumber in 2025 is not easy. Will came over and fixed my clogging issues right away. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. I am very grateful I called these guys. I absolutely recommend this company. I highly recommend Will specifically. You can just tell wants to help you and also wants to make sure the problems are prevented in the future as well. Great guy. Love this company.

Quality work from the friendly technicians but terrible communication and scheduling with the owner and company overall. The job was originally scheduled for three consecutive days of work which was originally scheduled then postponed a week allegedly due to other commercial jobs and emergencies coming up. The next week work commenced but at the end of the first day I was told they wouldn’t be back the next day to continue and didn’t know when they’d be back. Had to complain about lack of completion (laundry system left disconnected, open drains, and incomplete demo with nails and screws and debris left behind) in order to get them to come back and finish up incomplete tasks, piecemeal over the course of a week. The technicians damaged my hot water heater and when I asked them to fix it they said it would have to be an additional service call. With all of this, I was never given a solid plan for completion, so I opted to discontinue the work with only about 1/4 of the invoiced work getting completed. The individual technicians are friendly and competent, however, I would caution any residential customer against working with this company, if you have a multi step, multi day project.

I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service Joe provided. He was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to address the issue. It’s rare to find someone so skilled and courteous. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wischmeyer’s Plumbing Plus to others. The crew who came to rescue me from sewage insanity, Paul and Will, were courteous, friendly and informative. I was notified of their imminent arrival by the helpful woman manning the phones at headquarters. These guys are knowledgeable, equipped and experienced. For 100% certain they helped me safely avoid a huge expense which, on the heels of Christmas, was most appreciated. Don't think twice about calling this company for their services .These are the kinds of people you want when you have issues with your utilities. Would I go so far as to say "gold standard" when characterizing my experience? In a word, yes. Yes, I would.
